When will my booking be confirmed?
Prepaid bookings confirm as soon as the payment provider confirms your payment, usually within seconds. Pay-at-hotel bookings confirm immediately.
How do I cancel?
Open Trips, choose the booking and select Cancel booking. The refund shown follows your rate's cancellation policy.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks usually credit them in 5-7 working days.
